got another breathe test from police today the second time in two weeks,this time it was a random breathe test but they had their lights flashing while about to pull me over which worried me due to anxiety or just normal nervous about being pulled over often lately ,my mind thoght what have I done wrong ? but it was fine they said have a great day and let me continue on my way just makes me nervous but of course its the lead up to christmas so thats probably why

@Former-Member hope your getting lots of rest and doing whatever you need to do at the moment for self care,sometimes sleep is what helps the most at times
