Hi @Dimity , the shadecloth is only for draping over the fence for privacy...I've already got some that I did myself, so it's just a matter of deciding whether I can live without it. 

I need to catch up on cleaning and decluttering too this weekend. 

I hope you feel able to tackle the paprwork this weekend, if that's the priority...

Thanks so much @tyme  for popping in and asking how I am. That makes me feel supported. 

I think the winter S.A.D. is kicking in unfortunately. I've been in a slump now for 6 days and missed all of my volunteer work this week 😢 Just unable to face anything.

Gosh @NatureLover that's sad re your SAD and it's been so cold too. Is the lightbox therapy OK for you? 

And not being able to face things... are you OK for groceries?

Good I guess.

Not feeling 100% (perhaps recurrent infection after finishing antibiotics) but today I've been assertive. My surgeon promised to pass me into the public system if things go wrong (they've gone badly wrong before and I was left in the lurch) and I've asked for extra MH support.
