It's always lovely having a sleep in  

You know when you think to yourself day off work tomorrow I can sleep in but no your body still wakes up at the same ahh 😂😂😂

My day is long  I'm thinking about having a nap I know I'll sleep for like 5/6 hours  🤣.  Nah  just playing a game online now   listening to my sis singing her heart out while dancing haha @Dreamy    how's your day?

Its been an all over the place kind of day, I'm glad to be sitting in bed now. Casper is snuggled up next to me and I've got my music playing ☺️.

yeh  I try to meet her needs too even if that's being asked 100000 times to watch her dance and listen to her singing haha  I'm expecting her to tell me to sit down so she can put on a Dance show that's her dancing btw 😂🥴

Hmm, I would say listen to when your body is saying 'yes' vs 'no'. That way you will be able to assess whether you're giving more than you have to give, you know? Also, if people offer to be there for you, maybe you can explore allowing them? 💖
