I am about to take my husband on a short walk around the park whilst it's not actually raining. He has bad knees so it will be a slow kind of hobble around the park. Have a great day guys 🙂

and today is actually her real birthday , so we have a very small one this morning 

my mum used to make her boiled fruitcake too , yummmmm

Got a walk in around the wet weather @bipolarbunny @Shaz51 @Gwynn 

pleased with myself. Even had a pumpkin, spinach, ricotta and pine nut quiche for lunch. Sprinkled a little grated Parmesan on top so now I am feeling quite healthy 🙂
