so proud of you for reaching out, that's a really big step! i'm so so happy to hear that the social worker was helpful @Cuddlebear it's about time you received amazing support!!

i'm going well so far, had a chance to sit outside and catch the sunshine before it disappeared which was nice. my bunny also sat outside with me, and then ran off... we have so much space for him to comfortably sit around but he chose the most cramped up spot (surrounded by twigs and leftover tiles) to relax in 😂

@rav3n @Thank you. It is hard to reach out and I am proud of myself for doing it. I’m just so grateful it was a good experience. It can be really hard with mental health services. Many can cause more trauma through poor service. I’m just relieved I had someone awesome who will help me get the support I need. I’ve never been this unwell and it’s been really hard. 

Last night I just ate some dinner and looked online for rental properties. 

I love your bunny and it’s awesome they have space to run about. It’s funny how they chose the most cramped up spot to sit in lol. It was nice and sunny in my part of Melbourne yesterday. So nice sitting in the sun. Today is overcast and very windy. What are you upto today?

absolutely hear you @Cuddlebear having those poor experiences can be really discouraging, i'm glad this time was much more positive.

i live in vic too, it's pretty windy up in my ends still. hoping it clears up soon, i'd love to sit in the sun for a bit again. today, i need to clean my bunny's cage, vacuum the house, get the groceries and go gym... my aim is to get at least 2 of those tasks ticked off! how about you, what are you up to today?
