Re: I can’t cope

Nah I didn’t get to the beach, we got here and unpacked then they went grocery shopping. Now mum is sorting out dinner and then we will go for a walk. @tyme Then hopefully I can go to bed

Re: I can’t cope

Well I guess a slow start is good. I don't know why, but I'm so curious to be a fly on your wall. I honestly find it pretty cool that you still go on holz with your parents. I can't get this out of my head. It's 'sweet', even though I know it is so so hard and potentially triggering for you.

I'm really curious to know what draws them to want to do this so regularly with their adult children @Captain24 .

I'm just thinking out aloud. You don't have to answer at all.

Re: I can’t cope

You made me smile @tyme

It sounds cool I guess. But for me it’s an obligation. People wonder why I would go with them. Can’t you do anything without our parents? You know I always listen to what is said.

I feel like they want to show that we are a tight family. Well I guess that’s what they think anyway. They have no idea as to what goes on in my head and how I feel.

From the outside I can see that it’s interesting. My parents thoughts about it and mine defer remarkably!

Re: I can’t cope

Hope your dinner and family time went okay @Captain24

Hugs.

Re: I can’t cope

Hey @Captain24 , We actually posted at the same time. Hence your post and my post 'appeared' at the same time 🙂

Yes, about your parents, it's just so interesting. Even if they wanted to 'show' you are a tight knit family, who is it to show to? Do they have may outsiders they talk to?
