I can’t cope

I was that cold that the hot water actually hurt. I did warm me up a bit though. Warmer than before I got in @tyme 

2 more days then one night as I’m calling in sick for the last night. So today was the first day of the block. I have a long way to go. It’s so hard knowing how much more I have to do.

We do have sunny days after the freezing starts. The days look nice but aren’t overly warm. I had the heater on in the truck. 

Short sleeves sounds good. 

Yeah. I tried. At least I can say that I gave it a go.

Before I log off, do you see yourself continuing working at the mines? @Captain24  Or is it too much?

Yeah.. I’ll stick it out. @tyme. Once I get myself sorted it’ll be fine. I couldn’t work a job that didn’t give me so much time off. While my days off I spend in bed at the moment, only having a weekend would be too much for me. At least I get all my hours done in a few days. But whatever job I do won’t fix this. It’s about having to go out into the world that I want to keep myself locked away from.

Ive missed you too. 

Work was ok when it warmed up a bit. It was so cold this morning I h and I’m really over it. It’s really affecting my mood. It wasn’t as cold though it was only -3.9 feels like-6.2. That’s the best it’s been for the last couple of days. 

What have you been up to?

@Captain24 cold really gets to ya huh? Do you have a hot water bottle or anything you can take with ya? 

I've not been up to much really, still working on the decluttering albeit very slowly. Spent most of today pottering, sunbathing, and bapping my new mirror ball in the sunshine 😋

Turns out I probably have SAD. @Jynx I’m not doing very well. I’ve booked an extra psych appointment so I have to get a medical certificate of my GP so I can have a night off. My psych sent me a beautiful email to keep rereading until I see her. Her term to describe how I am is ‘depleted’ Right this very second I want to hurt myself badly. 

Slowly is good it means you can make the right decisions. OMG isn’t it too cold to sunbathe? I have this image of you standing on a chair to reach the mirror ball on the ceiling. I’m guessing I’m wrong! 😜 

Nothing new with me. Just lots of therapy stuff. 

Im trying to type this with pix on my lap getting in my face and Jett sitting on my shoulder with the rest of his body on my face. They are good though. They miss me when I’m at work. Jetts having trouble with the cold. I have to put a jumper on him.
