We both sound like we experience the same difficulties at work 😉

As I'm newly diagnosed, who do you recommend to have in my support team?

I have a brand new psychiatrist, a new GP I don't yet trust, a telehealth emdr psychologist I don't relate with, very few friends (I recently moved), and only one adult child in my family who cares about me but struggles to help me (the rest of my family don't care).

Any suggestions?
