Well my hubby is pretty funny.

Not sure if it helps me. I just asked chatgpt for anxiety techniques and here is what it said;

  • Deep breathing exercises 
  • Mindfulness meditation 
  • Progressive muscle relaxation 
  • Exercise 
  • Journal
  • challenge negative thoughts
  • practice self compassion 
  • Establish a routine 
  • get professional help if needed
