Re: Best Friends Club

@Dreamy good for the soul

Re: Best Friends Club

@Dreamy  you put labels on clothes?

I cut labels off clothes.

@Gibbs @Dreamy @Appleblossom

I love ironing. Especially when I have starched things.

Ye old timey starch. Not starch in a can.

When I iron, I go into an alpha state. Like when you are driving and all of a sudden you are at your destination.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Gibbs yes it is.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Glisten name labels for certain items.

I used to do heaps of ironing when I lived on the farm, literally everything got ironed and that was one of my jobs. I honestly didn't mind doing it, only thing I struggled with was standing for a long period of time so I had to take regular breaks.

I've finished folding the washing and one load is in so once that's finished I'll hang it up and put the next load in. Just did my dishes and cleaned the sink area. Really need to vacuum the floor but not sure if that's a today job.

Re: Best Friends Club

@Glisten @Oaktree @Dreamy @tyme @Bow your ironing plan sounds good

Home from coffee and feeling a bit more alive. Now for ironing and use my stud finder.

Cooking a Thai seafood curry tonight.  Yum a mild curry

Re: Best Friends Club

@Gibbs i gotta hang up the washing in a minute, just finishing my lunch.

That sounds like a very yummy dinner 😋

Re: Best Friends Club

Re: Best Friends Club

try booking.com or wotif.com @PeppyPatti or sometimes state govt tourist sights

Re: Best Friends Club

Yeah I'd second what @TAB suggested @PeppyPatti I usually like to use Booking.com to search for places in the CBD and if I'm looking for an affordable stay I'll order the search list from low-high and set the options on the side to only show places rated "good" and up

Re: Best Friends Club

..google maps is also good @PeppyPatti Ive got lucky in past w even 3star motels esp if only for a few days, avoiding weekends can make it a lot cheaper in some cases too

I would prob try motels, actual hotels can be near double the price, well unless you find a pub or whatever. Good Luck 😎 @Ru-bee
