I’m really glad for you that Pink Elephants was helpful @Fluttershy1 💜🌺 however I do completely understand how the physical and emotional changes are just so overwhelming and hard to move through darling 💜 

you have us here holding space for you and staying alongside you, with some of us knowing what it is like to be here right now sweets 🌺💜

@Fluttershy1 I was asking because it may help to get your psych involved in when trying to access more support. Your psych can advocate for you. How are you feeling today?

@Former-Member @creative_writer @Snowie @tyme @Jynx @Patches59 - went to the doctors today and I have got tonsillitis and I will need to see a ENT specialist, I feel terrible, I’m struggling mentally aswell which doesn’t help. I’m safe
