I'm a 53yr old male living just outside Brisbane, I just moved back here from Adelaide where I lived for the last 30 years. Left behind my children and friends so I'm feeling pretty lonely.

 

I'm diagnosed with PTSD and BPD and not doing great at the moment. Struggling with anxiety depression etc.

 

I've reached out to various mental health organisations so I'm getting help, so just came here looking for connection.
