My was ok - full day of group (9.30 to 3.30 used to do 9.30 to 12.30) so tired. But went well.

About to grab a beer and watch the news (no, I don't know why). Hope to catch you later 🙂

I really just catch the sport and weather and then deal or no deal...the news itself is generally awful!

Just thought ide give news ---- 

My support worker took me to see my youngest son. 

I haven't seen him in 4' years.  I saw him, he was working so told me he'd call me in the weekend. 

He has completely changed his facial features. I'm still a little in shock that I saw his beautiful face. 

I forgot the colour of his eyes they are blue.
